"Death is the biggest enemy", rightly said in the last episode of Game of Thrones. More than two weeks have passed places in Bihar, Assam and certain districts of Manipur and Meghalaya are reeling of the fact that they have been inundated with the deluge. Death toll has crossed 200 and the affected ones are in millions, somewhere around 10 million. Consider the staggering number which is certainly a huge one. And still many are marooned somewhere in dark , hungry and waiting for the disaster response force to make way to them.
