The Hyderabad Times.

When you back your own ass while escaping from the so called 'BlackLand' aka Madras(Chennai) & land up at a place in a place in South India, not much away from Chennai , Hyderabad, what do you expect?

1) Shit, Not again! The Language barrier
2) Damn, those idlies & dosas with add-ons like special chutney, ONCE AGAIN!
3) As heard earlier, Land of Biriyani. Only one good thing (Sad for Vegies).
4) Sorry, no intention of racial discrimination but Mr.Blacks & Mrs Blacks.
5) Not to forget about those never-ending names 'Subramaniam','Srinavasan' with extra military like badges 'A','B','S'.

Did you get my last point? Yes its their name. "A.Subbarao", "MVSD.Narayana"
People crave for these alphabets I suppose.

Even though hooked up with my first job, I was expecting least. Got a comrade, not a new one. The
same old guy with whom I lied drunk on the floor during my Engineering Mission. I,however, completed
my mission. You know when you meet your old pals, what generally a guy does?

NO! Drinks later on. First curse the Company you got recruited in & then the place.
Then comes the part where 'we' think to straighten our lives, no more Engineering activites. In the end a few round takes all over. Next day you wake up, our whole goddamn old activites. First its the fag then its the brush. Dress up & reach the first day at the office bulding. I would have rather used the 'suited up' word but
in my 4 month career I haven't seen the CEO suited up. True fact.
When you're in an auto, on the way to office, first thing in your mind "Office Building".
Then you land up somewhere near a Market Complex wondering which way is your office. You do a google  map search. There's Reliance communiations, Vishal Mega Mart, Sports complex etc. Look up & you see the board hung up at the highest with piegon shits-on. Malla Reddy, the most serious guy you come across in that office, was the 'Local Admin'. Sorry, the first person, not the guy but a woman was Miss Asha, Front office lady, whom we came across. We refers to 'me' & my 'comrade'. All fillin' up the forms like gratuity, PF & fuckin' policies. After fillin' up those, goddamn toilet papers are better. You just wipe it out.

Now comes the 'Claims' department. Mr. Prashant Puthran & Srinvasa Rao Ballamudi. Those guys were leading the claims department then. Now came the other guys, Ram Kumar, Vinay Maran, K. Hariprasad, Balakrishna, Naresh Kumar, Kishore Kumar,
Md. Mujeebuddin & the backbenchers which also included me later on, Shivareddy Tokale B with his midget Anil Kumar. There was another guy who was still searching for a place like us, Madhava Rao Dasyam.

Let me brief you about these guys.
Prashant Puthran-  One of the corporate guy, acted like boss. Talks smartly. Often sticks on to his very own phrase "Saala problem kya hai". Spends bucks on lunch which made us think a fuckin' rich fella. Later, his bag overflowed with food bills which were to be re-imbursed . I'd say him Mr. Crook.

Srinivasa Rao- A mid 40 guy, who doesn't consider but moves like he just rejected the CEO offer. Infact a great guitarist of our department. His favourite pastime, scratching his own balls."Fuck 'em, keep scratching",
his tagline on this t-shirt.

Balakrishna- Newly married, works faster than others. Achieves greater number. Runs away quickly from office. My comrade's mentor.

Naresh Boga Kumar- Gutarist's son. He says scratch & fuck my daddy. Infact he scratches through his pant pockets. What an idea sir ji! The slice guy.

Vinay Maram- The guy who believes company can progress if you search & sort out the files in order. First few days he made our days hell. Fucking heap of files, you dive in.

Hariprasad- The silent guy. The guy who gets assassinated by maximum no of claim nos into his inbox.
I like him.

Mujeebuddin- Trainee bomber, that's what me & my comrade named him. No offence meant. Just a joke.
Every bomber is not a scratcher & vice-versa.

Shivareddy Tokale- "KYUN" He is the goddamn inventor of this word. He manufactured the whole world representing "Why". My mentor, worked less. You can either call him Mithun Da. Later his big daddy came
Mr Umesh Kulkarni. Shiva, whether a Kannada or a Telugu or a Marathi. Boy, his question can leave the big honchos of companies unanswered.

Anil Kumar- The Midget. Considers himself The God of Cricket by settling the maximum nos of claims & getting unawarded prizes. Speaks a language which is unknown to everybody. Fucking pikey.

Sudarshan Reddy- Finally when I left Hyderabad office I gotto know his name. He's the RISK guy. Fuck's sake nobody knew his name. My neighbour in workstation.

Vijay Kumar & co- The RCU investigation team. One was active the other dormant. Sorry I forgot the lil' guy's name.

There were no beauty queens. A few Northies. Akansha, the fat delhi girl who complained against me for staring at her, i meant 'face'. Skinny Pallavi, who wanted to be a boss by getting laid, was happy approving few of attendance requests. A telegu girl, well-dressed, who took over the rest telegu guys. This we called 'Health Department'. Later came a okay lookin' girl Priyanka whom my comrade my fell over.

I dint say about this guy Madhav. Me & my comrade shared whole lot of experiences with this guy.
Though a fat guy,  he fell over the hotties. Beer, rum, brandy all spilled over when we three were together. He used to Kings Lights. An engineering guy, almost pulled shivareddy's ass on the increment day.

....contd

South Asia's Regional Conundrum.

History is geographically distributed while Geography is historically influenced. The Asian continent was largely in a colonial period for two centuries which left its geo-economic interests dwindling with the interference of geo-political influence of Europeans nations. This impact had a devastating impact on Asian nations on the basis of socio-economic status. In the 20 th century, the Asian nations started recovering slowly. After the post colonialization period certain demarcations were formed rechristening a few countries albeit sharing the same cultural, linguistic and ethnic identities. The South East Asian nations are on a trajectory path leading to a healthy GDP nations which are rapidly on rise. The true potential in the South Asian nation still remains untapped. The One belt, One road corridor proposed by China which is known as ‘Maritime Silk Road’ is a better prospect in improving the trade and prosperity among the Africa-Asia-Europe nations. This is a a very ambitiou...

The greatest time of our lives.

29th March, 2015: Presentation Ceremony: Mark: Bazz, you said, again and again, this is the greatest time of your lives? Bazz: It has been one hell of a ride. Staying unbeaten throughout the tournament. But, eventually, failing to cross the final hurdle. Making us the second best Cricket Team in the World. The question here asked by Mark was not framed by him. It was what Bazz said after winning and re-winning crunch games. This quote is now remarkable, even if The Kiwis fail to win the one last stop.  Let's get it rewind. Rendezvous 1: Its a fine cold morning in Christchurch. People have come with their woollen jackets. Some are in their thick black blankets. Some have beer glasses. Kids in Black Caps Jersey. Crowd are still flocking in. The National Anthem is over. There has been a slight drizzle of water. One fiery, curl haired, Sinhalese guy licks his hand, adds a bit saliva to the ball. Trying to shine it. Ready for the run up. Locks his sight on the batsman. Takes a s...
